Welcome to my site! I'm a food and lifestyle content expert and editor, with nearly 20 years' experience working at some of the UK's best-known brands.
I'm current magazine lead at Waitrose Food, editing the UK's biggest food magazine. Previously I worked as food director at Sainsbury's Magazine and as digital lifestyle editor at The Telegraph. My work has also been featured in Metro, The i, The Times, Foodism, Eater, and Londonist, among other publications. I regularly appear on the radio, including Radio 4 and Radio London, as well as judging and interview panels.
I am experienced in strategy, editing, commissioning, recipe development, social media, digital and drinking dangerous quantities of coffee.
My latest cookbook The Brownie Diaries – a brownie recipe for every mood and moment – is published by Bloomsbury, as is my first book, Made in London, the story of the capital through its food.
